Chris has spent the last ten years immersed in the fly-fishing industry. Early on, he would have been found leading clients on excursions down Eastern Beaches in New Jersey and on North Carolinas famed Outer Banks. Here he operated a lodge catering to hard-core anglers focused on hunting down some of the hardest to catch Saltwater Game-fish on the planet. Chris and his business partner Pete Morgan created Gale Force Fly-Fishing in early 1999 to put a name to their edgy approach to Teaching, Photographing and Publicizing the sport of Fly-Fishing.

After years of sleeping on Jersey beaches Chris began work for The Orvis Co. Chris managed the Company Store in Downingtown, PA. Teaching Fishing Schools and Guiding on the local trout streams was a welcomed rest from years of getting beaten by the surf and tracking hard to find fish. At Orvis Chris, was able to take clients even farther and to more exotic destinations including trips to the Arctic Circle in search of giant Pike, Lake Trout and Sheefish.

Chris is now the manager our TCO Philadelphia - Main Line Fly Shop and is the Retail Buyer for all of our locations. In addition to hosted travel, guide and educational services, Chris is also available to do presentations to groups of any size.
